Terms of use

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the MMA prediction site (the “App”) provided by rodzinkaPLN (the “Company”, “we” or “us”). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the App you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Disclaimer of liability

The App provides MMA predictions for informational purposes only. Nothing on it is financial, investment or gambling advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any prediction published here.

You are solely responsible for any bet you place based on information from the App. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including trademarks, logos, software and content — belong to the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written consent.

4. User conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• cause harm, harassment or annoyance to others;
• interfere with the functioning of the App or its infrastructure;
• engage in fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised activity.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. See the privacy policy for how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach this Agreement or engage in conduct that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost or expense arising out of your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect when the updated Agreement is posted. Continued use of the App after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or related to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
