Privacy policy

Last updated 28 August 2026.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how rodzinkaPLN (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and protects the personal information of people who use the AI MMA site (the “App”). By using the App you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Personal information

We collect personal information only where you provide it voluntarily — for example a name or email address supplied when contacting us. We collect no more than is needed to provide the services offered by the App.

1.2 Usage data

We collect non-personal information about your interactions with the App, such as device information, IP address, browser type and operating system. This is used to analyse trends, administer the App and improve the service. The App uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which set their own cookies.

When you read a blog post, we additionally record the view ourselves: the post viewed, the time, your IP address, browser identification (user agent), the page you arrived from and, where our infrastructure resolves it, your country. This first-party record is stored on our own servers, is used only to understand readership, sets no cookies and is not shared with third parties.

2. How we use information

  • to provide and improve the services offered by the App;
  • to personalise the experience and deliver relevant content;
  • to respond to enquiries and provide support;
  • to analyse usage patterns, trends and preferences;
  • to enforce our terms of use and other applicable policies;
  • to protect the rights, property and safety of our users and the Company.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, trade or rent personal information to third parties. We may share it in two situations:

  • Service providers. Trusted third parties that help us operate the App. They may access information only to perform tasks on our behalf and must keep it confidential.
  • Legal compliance. Where required by law, court order or regulation, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud or ensure user safety.

4. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-party links

The App links to third-party sites, including bookmakers and video platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review their policies before using their services or providing personal information.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect when the updated Policy is posted. Continued use of the App after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

8. Contact

Questions or concerns about this Policy can be raised through our public feedback board.
